DS Corporate Services LLP ("we", "us", "our") is a specialist recruitment and executive search firm. The Site allows client organisations to submit hiring mandates, and candidates to submit their profile for consideration against current and future roles.

3. No fees to candidates

We never charge candidates any fee, at any stage, for submitting a profile, being assessed, being introduced to a client, or being placed in a role. Our fees are paid entirely by client organisations, under separately agreed commercial terms. If anyone claims to represent us and asks a candidate for payment, please report it to us immediately using the contact details below.

4. Eligibility and accurate information

• You must be at least 18 years old to submit information through this Site.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information, including in any CV or job description you upload.
• You agree not to submit fraudulent, misleading, or someone else's personal information without their permission.

5. Client engagements

Where a client organisation engages us to run a search, the specific commercial terms of that engagement — including fees, replacement guarantees, and exclusivity — are governed by a separately agreed engagement letter or contract between that client and DS Corporate Services LLP, not by these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use govern only the use of the Site itself.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, design, layout, and branding — is owned by or licensed to DS Corporate Services LLP and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this Site's content without our prior written consent.

7. Third-party services

Submissions made through this Site are processed with the help of third-party service providers described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by these third-party providers that are outside our reasonable control.

8. No warranty; limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is". While we take reasonable care in operating it, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. 11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Vadodara, Gujarat.
