1. Who we are
This policy is issued by DS Corporate Services LLP, a specialist recruitment
and executive search firm, registered at Shop No. 8, 2nd Floor, Park Platinum, GIDC Road,
Manjalpur, Vadodara, Gujarat 390011, India ("DS Corporate Services", "we", "us", "our").
For the purposes of applicable data protection law, including India's Digital Personal Data
Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), we act as the Data Fiduciary for the
personal data described in this policy.

We do not currently run any analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this website.
The only browser-side storage we use is your own device's local storage, used solely to
save your progress in an unfinished form so it isn't lost if the page reloads — see
Section 10 for details. If this changes in future (for example, if
we add analytics), this policy will be updated accordingly.
4. How we use it
- To assess and evaluate candidates against specific mandates, including our expert-panel review process
- To assess and scope client mandates, and to identify suitable candidates
- To communicate with you about a specific role, mandate, or your enquiry
- To maintain internal records of our search and placement activity
- To comply with our legal, tax, and regulatory obligations
We do not use your data for unrelated marketing, we do not sell personal data to any third
party, and a candidate's profile or CV is never shared with a specific client organisation
without that candidate's explicit, per-role consent.
5. Our legal basis
We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you provide when
submitting a form on this site, and, in relation to client contacts' basic business contact
details, on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to a business
enquiry you have initiated. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time — see
Section 9.
6. Who we share it with
-
Client organisations — a candidate's profile and CV are shared with a
specific hiring organisation only after that candidate has given explicit consent for
that specific role.
-
Our expert assessment panel — senior practitioners we engage to evaluate
candidates against a mandate, bound by confidentiality.
-
Service providers who process data on our behalf, listed in
Section 7.
-
Legal or regulatory authorities, only where we are required to by law.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to any third party for their own marketing purposes.
7. Service providers we use
To operate this website and our recruitment process, we use the following third-party service providers, each of which processes data on our instructions:
- Netlify — hosts this website and receives form submissions, including uploaded CVs and job descriptions, on our behalf.
- Zapier — an automation tool we use to transfer submitted form data into our internal records.
- Google (Sheets/Drive) — used to maintain our internal records of client mandates and candidate profiles.
Each of these providers has its own privacy and security practices as independent processors.
We choose providers that are widely used and reputable, and we only share the data necessary
for them to perform their function for us.
8. How long we keep it
-
Candidate data, including CVs, is retained for up to 24 months
from the date of your last interaction with us, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever
is earlier. We may retain it for longer, or ask for your renewed consent to continue holding
it, if we believe there is an active or upcoming mandate relevant to your profile.
-
Client mandate data is retained for the duration of our engagement and for
a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping and legal purposes.
-
After the applicable retention period, we delete or irreversibly anonymise the data.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including the DPDP Act, and GDPR where it applies to you), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or outdated information
- Withdraw consent at any time, including asking us not to share your profile with any further clients
- Request deletion of your data, including your CV, from our records
- Lodge a grievance with us directly (see Section 14), or with the relevant data protection authority
To exercise any of these rights, email us at
dscorporateservicesllp@gmail.com with
your request. We will respond within a reasonable time, and in any case within the timeframe
required by applicable law.
10. Cookies & local storage
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The forms on this site save your
in-progress entries to your own browser's local storage as you type, purely so your progress
isn't lost if the page reloads. This data stays on your device — it is not transmitted to us
or to any third party until you actually submit the form, and it is automatically cleared once
your submission succeeds. You can also clear it manually at any time using the "clear saved
entries" link shown under each form.
11. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data we hold,
including relying on reputable service providers with their own security practices. No method
of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Children's data
Our services are directed at working professionals and are not intended for individuals under
18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted
data to us, please contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal
requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most
recent revision. Material changes will be reflected here; we encourage you to review this
page periodically.
